The feet and legs are the foundation and two of the pillars of correct posture and freedom in the movement of the pelvis. In this module you will learn all about finding the correct activation points on the feet and which adjustments help you to use your legs in standing poses.
13:15 - 15:30 Lunch & Rest
15:30 - 18:00 Yoga Asana in Theory & Practice

Learn standing poses to enable compaction in the hips and open up to reinforced back bends.

Pankaj believes backbends are the greatest tool a       modern-day yogi can use to escape the depression and stress that so often accompany our fast paced and over-stimulated lifestyles.
Continuing on from the previous two session the focus of this module will be learning different techniques of coming into backbends by using all information and adjustments learnt on Friday.

In this module Pankaj will guide you through poses and breathing exercises that encourage your mind and body to relax and regenerate.                                The focus will be on learning techniques to boost         the immune system, muscle recovery, encourage         better sleep patterns, fight depression & fatigue.
