Learn first hand from Germany's most skilled and experienced Hatha Yoga Teacher: Pankaj Sharma will teach you all about asana alignment and adjustment in order to help you intensify your personal yoga practice.
After this workshop you will have an in-depth understanding of physical and mental components of postures to implement more knowledge into your movements.

09:30 - 13:00 Yoga Asana in Theory & Practice 
The feet and legs are the foundation and two of the pillars of correct posture and freedom in the movement of the pelvis. In this module you will learn all about finding the correct activation points on the feet and which adjustments help you to use your legs in standing poses.

15:30 - 18:00 Yoga Asana in Theory & Practice

Learn standing poses to enable compaction in the hips and open up to reinforced back bends.

Pankaj believes backbends are the greatest tool a modern-day yogi can use to escape the depression and stress that so often accompany our fast paced and over-stimulated lifestyles.
Continuing from the previous two session the focus of this module will be learning different techniques of coming into backbends by using all information and adjustments learnt on Friday.

15:30 - 18:00 Yoga Asana in Theory & Practice

In this module Pankaj will guide you through poses and breathing exercises that encourage your mind and body to relax and regenerate. The focus will be on learning techniques to boost         the immune system, muscle recovery, encourage better sleep patterns, fight depression & fatigue.

Day 4
 
07:30 - 09:00 Yoga Practice with Pankaj 
In this 90 minute class you will have the chance to incorporate all your new knowledge into your practice with the guidance and hands-on adjustments by Pankaj.

09:00 - 10:30 Breakfast

10:30 - 13:00 Yoga Asana in Theory & Practice
In this last module the focus will be on the body's forward extension. Not only do forward extensions encourage a certain introspection, they also provide a counterbalance to backbends. You will learn techniques in activating the hips and the lumbar spine to increase the lengthening of the lower back and leg muscles.

Important Information

COVID 19 Regulations 
Please be aware that you can only attend this event being fully vaccinated for at least six month prior to the 6th of March 2022. You will also have to provide a Schnelltest not older than 24 hours as per arrival.    
Depending on the current regulations during our event we can not guarantee all activities planned can take place, e.g. sauna sessions.

Prior Experience
We are welcoming every level of yoga practitioners, but recommend to have done yoga before to fully benefit from our offerings. 
Please bring your own yoga mat.
